DICT Bulk Terminal, Inc. (DBTI) is a joint venture between Davao International Container Terminal, Inc. (DICT) and Philcement Corporation of the Phinma Group. Established to meet the rising demand for efficient bulk cargo handling in Mindanao, DBTI is strategically located beside DICT in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.

 

The terminal features a 200-meter-long and 18.5-meter-wide port facility, equipped with state-of-the-art material handling and fendering systems. Engineered to accommodate both bulk and breakbulk vessels, this modern maritime infrastructure will primarily support the operations of Philcement Mindanao Corporation. Once operational, Philcement Mindanao will produce two million metric tons of high-quality cement annually under the legacy Union Cement brand. With this, DBTI plays a vital role in strengthening regional logistics and driving economic growth across Mindanao.
