For dedication to the community, environment and the people, TADECO received the award for Social Accountability from DOLE Secretary Rosalinda Demapilis-Baldoz during the 34th National Conference of Employers last May 23-24, 2013.
TADECO was recognized for its best efforts in the implementation of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs focusing on Sagip Kaalaman, Sagip Kalikasan, Sagip Kalusugan, Sagip Kabuhayan, Sagip Kultura, Sagip Katuwang-Pamayanan and Sagip Kalamidad.
Eleven (11) companies around the country vied for this year’s Kapatiran sa Industriya or KAPATID Awards showcasing various programs, practices and initiatives on the four criteria namely: a) Industrial Peace and Harmony b) Productivity and Quality c) Social Accountability and d) Strategic Visioning and Partnering for Business and Job Survival that qualified them as finalists.
KAPATID Awards is a biennial award given by the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) in recognition of the fruitful and beneficial outcome of good and harmonious relationship, through partnership of management and workers.
