Anflo Management and Investment Corporation (ANFLOCOR) took another significant stride as it embarks on another venture for a suburban residential project with Uraya Land Development, Incorporated.
“Having achieved various milestones especially in the real estate industry, ANFLOCOR continues to welcome new ventures that promote invigorating and integrated standard of living, thus making the most out of what Davao City has to offer,” said ANFLOCOR Real Estate Manager Rannel F. Flores.
The said project was formally launched with the signing of the Joint Venture Agreement last August 15, 2012.
As per terms of agreement, Uraya Land, the developer of this project, will transform into a posh and exclusive residential subdivision 135,904 sqm of Anflo landholdings in Marapangi, Toril.
This development will serve as the extension of Uraya Land’s existing subdivision Villa de Mercedes in Catigan, Toril that offers high-end living experience to its future residents.
“With Uraya Land’s remarkable experience in developing suburban residential projects, manifested by the various awards it reaped over the years, ANFLOCOR takes pride in this new partnership,” added Flores.
Flores further said that this project is seen to expand opportunities to more people who wish to locate their home in a more relaxed environment.
“This is a statement of ANFLOCOR’s stronger presence in the real estate industry following the company’s first venture into residential community project – Damosa Fairlane – by its property development arm Damosa Land, Inc.,” said Flores.
